Breakthrough into a Life Run by God exists to help people experience the transformative power of God in a real and intimate way. Whether you're seeking freedom from addiction or simply longing to deepen your relationship with God, our heart is to share a simple spiritual solution that has changed lives — not through human strength, but through surrender to God's power, presence, and purpose.

From 1990 to 2006, Rory drifted away from the Lord, and for seventeen years his life became a “living hell.” The road back was long and painful, but through it all, he experienced a remarkable miracle that brought him into the close, personal relationship with God that he now walks in daily. Rory’s first book, Breakthrough into Recovery, was published in the UK in July 2018 (having first been released in South Africa in 2015). He has since been involved with, and supported, many recovery institutions and has founded several Christian support groups within local churches. Along the way, he developed a deep desire to help others experience the same heartfelt closeness with God.

Five years after publishing his first book, Rory wrote a second — Breakthrough into Deeper Intimacy with God, published in 2023 — as he came to realise that the same solution which helped him recover from alcoholism had also drawn him into an unexpectedly deep and almost tangible relationship with God, one far beyond anything he had imagined.

As a small family group, we’ve run various programmes focused both on fostering deeper intimacy with God and on supporting recovery from a range of addictions and dependencies. We aim to pass on the spiritual tools used by Rory and many others — tools that have helped people establish a true and lasting connection with God, enabling them to rely entirely on Him for their wellbeing.

We offer talks, testimonies, teaching, seminars, workshops, and ministers’ fraternals (gatherings of ministers from different churches), sharing these tools and insights with organisations worldwide.

Our organisation isn’t run by experts, but by ordinary people who discovered a simple spiritual process. When followed sincerely, this process has consistently cleared the path to a real connection with God — and released His peace, joy, direction, contentment, and fulfilment in many lives.

Our mission is to help bring many sons and daughters to glory, by offering a solution that leads to lives fully surrendered to God and empowered by His presence. In this, we’ve seen people come to live in true peace, joy, and comfort as His power flows in and through their lives.
